Now with everyone back to school, here is what we did for the rest of spring break.
We went to Burnaby's Heritage Village Museum
and had unlimited carousel rides!
Graham went into the refurbished tram at the village. It was all renovated
by a senior's group. There was an interesting talk about the tram system
in Vancouver.
We poked our noses into every corner of the village. Despite the
rain it was a lot of fun.
We visited our former neighbour at her carehome nearby. We brought our crayons.
Although she doesn't remember the kids and me, she loves children, and
I remember how much she loved visits from Lindsay.
We love playing ticket to ride and Graham is getting so good at it.
It's a fun game. You have to try and make your trains get across old Europe.
See how wiggly it is. It wasn't that wiggly until Baden
jumped up on her because he was so excited when we
picked him up from his groomers. Gave it a bit of a bash.
Oh well, he gave it a head start.
The tooth fairy came and glittered up her pillow! She bought Skittles with
her loonie!
This is the way we felt at the end of Spring Break!
